Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion

It was unusually hot on the Monterey Peninsula this year for the 2015 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, maybe it's global warming, or maybe it was the amazing collection of great race cars on display. On the grid at Mazda Raceway, in addition to the impressive array of vintage racers one usually finds at Laguna Seca, there were Formula One cars, over 35 Shelby GT350 Mustangs racing together in one group and for the first time, Formula 5000 cars.

The Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion is a fantastic event, not only because of the large array of vintage racers that you will see on track, but because of its personal nature: get up close and personal with all of the vehicles in the paddock; chat with the owners and drivers; and feel the passion and learn the history...each has a unique story to tell.
